Owner

Shari embarked on her aviation career in 2000, commencing her journey with Great Slave Helicopters in the Northwest Territories, Canada. There, she served as an aircraft maintenance engineer, diligently performing maintenance on various aircraft models including Bell 206 series, Eurocopter AS350, and McDonnel Douglas MD500. In 2006, Shari relocated to Antigua, but she continued to travel back to Canada for work purposes. In 2008, she secured a position as an Aviation Consultant at Carnall Richmond, where she provided invaluable support to the company's contracts, ensuring smooth operations in Antigua until 2013. Subsequently, Shari assumed the role of quality manager at Caribbean Helicopters, where she remained until 2019. Following her tenure at Caribbean Helicopters, Shari transitioned to Blue Harbour Helicopters. Over the course of four arduous years, she diligently obtained approvals from ECCAA, secured a suitable operating location, assembled a competent staff (including one of the few licensed Antiguan helicopter mechanical engineers), and acquired her own Antiguan Engineer license, all in preparation to establish her own business. In addition to her remarkable professional achievements, Shari takes immense pride in her role as a parent alongside her partner Tanner, raising their children Carrack and Tyden. Furthermore, in 2019, she was granted Antiguan citizenship, further solidifying her connection to the country. 

 Pilot 

David, originally from Canada, brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the field of aviation. With a career spanning over two decades, he has been actively involved in flying helicopters for the past four years, while his journey in aviation began back in 2000. Prior to venturing into aviation, David had successfully managed his own business, showcasing his expertise in aviation management.  David has over 1800 hours flying helicopters and also holds a private license in fixed-wing aircraft. Over the past four years, David has primarily focused on forestry aerial application, forest fire fighting, community transfers in Little Grand Rapids, Manitoba, and various charter work.  With his diverse skill set and comprehensive understanding of aviation, David is a valuable addition to our team. His dedication and passion for flying make him a reliable and experienced professional in the field. 

Pilot
Steve started his helicopter flying journey in the late 90’s and has since progressed to Commercial Pilot/Flight Instructor & Line Training Captain. Throughout Steve’s flying career he has built a wealth of experience in the helicopter industry flying in to such events as ‘Royal Ascot’  ‘British Grand Prix’  ‘Cheltenham Races’ & the world famous ’Goodwood Festival of Speed’ . With almost two decades of flying helicopter tours in & around London Heli-lanes and England’s coastline, filming details for Channel 4, Discovery Channel & The Disney Channel and formation flying with the iconic Spitfire, Hurricane & Messerschmitt, Steve was the 1st commercially qualified pilot of the New Bell 505 helicopter in the United Kingdom, you can be assured that you are in experienced hands.
